We are looking for a IT Project Infrastructure Engineer to work on a enterprise project.

This role requires someone who has experience in project coordination and involve in implementation and system maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Support project delivery by ensuring timely completion of deliverables and achievement of project milestones

• Perform hardware and software installation for turnkey solutions

• Prepare and execute Statements of Work (SOW)

• Coordinate with customers and external vendors to resolve technical issues and problems

• Participate in System Acceptance Testing (SAT) with customers and external vendors

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and network issues

• Develop, maintain, and update technical and configuration documentation

• Create and document network topologies, system diagrams, and technical schematics

• Prepare and maintain standard project documentation, including SOWs, system handover documents, and inventory records

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline

• At least 2 years of relevant experience on implementation and system maintenance

• Able to work independently and a team player

• Experience working in government projects

Working location at the East region of Singapore.

This role requires individual to clear CAT 1 due to the nature of the project.
