Job Details:
Contract Duration: 1-year contract
Location: Novena
Working Days & Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Job Descriptions:
Support the Change Manager in preparing and consolidating monthly change reports for stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of change reports
Ensure reports are completed within established timelines and presented to clients as required
Assist the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in preparing reports for weekly and monthly project meetings
Liaise with internal teams to collect and validate reporting data
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all submissions
Maintain compliance with document control procedures across all document owners
Support annual document review exercises and ensure proper documentation governance
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure adherence to established procedures
Maintain and update DC3 staff records to ensure data accuracy
Track and monitor staff completion of mandatory training requirements
Provide support for internal and external audit activities, including annual audit events
Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of action items
Support PMO-related activities such as asset administration and tracking
Conduct annual asset verification and inventory checks
Work closely with team leads to monitor and track service request (SR) status
Prepare and deliver regular reports on SR performance and progress
Support offsite staff welfare and engagement initiatives
Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting room bookings and team events
Job Requirements:
GCE “O” Level qualification or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a project office
Experience supporting SMO Managers / Project Managers in implementing PMO processes across the full project lifecycle
Ability to monitor project performance and support adherence to project governance standards
Hands-on experience in billing operations and PMO coordination activities
