Overview

This role is with an investment advisory firm focused on redefining financial advisory by emphasising transparency, particularly in commissions for insurance and investment products. The organisation aims to build trust with clients by delivering ethical, client-first advice supported by technology and data-driven insights.

As a Financial Adviser, you will provide personalised wealth management solutions while leveraging FinTech tools and a structured training programme with mentorship. The role also offers the opportunity to build your own advisory practice within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customised financial advice across investments, insurance, retirement planning, and overall wealth management
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Offer a wide range of products, including unit trusts, ETFs, bonds, equities, and insurance solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach activities
• Conduct regular financial reviews to ensure clients’ plans remain aligned with their evolving goals
• Provide ongoing client support, including outside of standard working hours when required
• Ensure all advisory activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• A client-focused mindset with a professional, detail-oriented, and approachable attitude
• Keen interest in investment and financial products (relevant experience is an advantage but not required)
• Minimum academic qualifications such as GCE ‘A’ Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma, local polytechnic diploma, or equivalent
• Relevant certifications or exemptions (e.g. CMFAS/IBF modules) will be an advantage
