Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bill of quantities and quotations.
- Attend site meetings with consultants and sub-contractors.
- Ensure works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
- Monitor work progress and control workmanship on site.
- Prepare claim and monthly project progress claim
- Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct cost analysis for project and maintenance works for bidding purposes, including value engineering to optimize project designs and construction methods to achieve cost-effectivenessPrepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bill of quantities and quotations.
