B & H (Swiss) Limited Hiring! Full Time Product Development Administrator in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

About the role

You are responsibile for administrative and operational support on product development, samples arrangement, purchase of goods for commercial and marketing purposes. You will need to liaise with different departments and service providers to finish your assigned projects. This full-time position is based in our Cheung Sha Wan office.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for market research, collect internal needs and requirements

• Product sourcing, managing suppliers, costs and logistics calculation and analysis, quality assurance and control

• Price/MOQ/Leadtime Negotiation and PO Follow-up with suppliers

• Monitoring inventory level and replenishment

• Sample arrangement for marketing and testing

• Responsible for any ad-hoc product development projects

• Experience in online sales is an advantage

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar product development / purchasing support role

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
