Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of SMT equipment (Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, AOI).
• Ability to perform machine setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience in equipment improvement and downtime reduction.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance (PM) and machine calibration.
• Able to analyze equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing or electronics production environment.
• Experience in SMT process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with high-volume production and automotive manufacturing standards is preferred.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
