Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of contracts, including both pre-contract (tendering, costing, estimation) and post-contract (administration, variation orders, claims) activities
  • Lead and coordinate tender processes, including preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations
  • Perform detailed costing, budgeting, and cost analysis to ensure project financial efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including vendor identification, evaluation, and management for M&E-related works
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, project, finance) to align procurement and contract strategies with project goals
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify commercial risks and provide mitigation strategies across project lifecycle
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery
  • Support strategic procurement planning and contribute to long-term cost optimization initiatives



    • Requirements

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (both M&E knowledge is required)
    • Proven experience in both pre-contract and post-contract management within construction or engineering projects
    • Strong exposure to tendering, costing, and sourcing activities
    • Solid understanding of M&E systems and project requirements
    • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
    • Good negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
    • Experience in data centre projects is an added advantage
