Eco Interiors International Hiring! Full Time M-E Site Supervisor in Selangor - Ricebowl

The M&E Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at project sites, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and according to project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily M&E site activities including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting works;
• Monitor installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and troubleshooting of M&E systems;
• Attend to electrical faults, power failures, equipment breakdowns, and emergency repair works;
• Carry out wiring, testing, installation, and connection works when required;
• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure work quality and progress;
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution;
• Attend site inspections, meetings, and project discussions when necessary;
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within schedule and quality standards;
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating M&E materials, tools, and equipment;
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition;
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to minimize downtime;
• Oversee installation and maintenance of air-conditioning and ventilation systems;
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies;
• Prepare site reports, maintenance records, and project updates;
• Be willing to travel or work at outstation project sites when required;
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in M&E, construction, or building maintenance environment;
• Knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC systems, wiring, and troubleshooting works;
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and M&E schematics;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Good leadership and site coordination abilities;
• Possess own transport and willing to travel/outstation when required;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
