Job Description:

Nextgen Makers Robotic Academy is excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic team! Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Assistant. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to related departments.
• Manage class schedule, and handle correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, invoice, and other documents.
• Maintain and update office files and records.
• Answer phone WhatsApp and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate class supplies and needed.
• Support day-to-day operations and help ensure the smooth running of the academy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative role (experience in office management is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Doc, Sheets).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
• Able to work in Setia Alam(HQ).
• Able to start working in June 2026 onwards.
• Willing to travel (few times in a month).

Working hours:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• 9am - 6pm

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
