Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and safety of our facility. Your primary responsibility is to perform general maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance:Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
Perform minor electrical repairs.
Inspect and repair building structures and equipment.

Safety Compliance:Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Identify and report safety hazards or issues promptly.

Equipment and Tools:Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
Keep an inventory of maintenance supplies and request replacements as needed.

Repairs and Troubleshooting:Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems to identify necessary repairs.

Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Report completed work and update maintenance logs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
