You will deliver personalized beauty rituals and spa-inspired “precious moments” that leave every guest feeling valued, inspired, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Welcome and engage every guest warmly and professionally
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized consultation and clienteling
- Deliver spa-inspired services such as hand massages and beauty rituals
- Handle feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Sales & Performance
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Promote products through upselling, storytelling, and demonstrations
- Maintain accurate customer profiles using CRM and clienteling tools
- Support boutique events and promotional activities
Brand Storytelling & Expertise
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, ingredients, and brand heritage
- Share L’Occitane’s sustainability values and sensory brand experience
- Apply training to continuously enhance customer engagement
Store Operations
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
- Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with retail SOPs and safety standards
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to achieve business goals
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performance team culture
