Do you want to gain hands-on exposure to M&A, strategic initiatives, and working closely with senior leadership?


We are looking for a Corporate Development Specialist to support our corporate finance and growth agenda, working directly with the management team.




What you'll be doing:


  • Support corporate finance initiatives including M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, fundraising, and strategic projects.
  • Assist in preparing financial analysis, valuations, and business models for investment and strategic decision-making.
  • Help coordinate and support due diligence processes by reviewing documents, data, and transaction materials.
  • Work with senior team members on initiatives to optimise shareholder value, such as:

Business expansion opportunities

Revenue growth and cost optimisation

Market and competitor analysis

  • Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the preparation of management presentations, strategic reports, and business plans.
  • Assist the management with financial projections, cash flow tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Provide support for ESG-related initiatives and reporting where needed.



What We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in areas such as Corporate finance, Investment banking, Management consulting, Transaction advisory / audit, Strategy or corporate development
  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and deal analysis.
  • Familiarity with M&A, due diligence processes, or strategic projects is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop clear financial models and management-ready materials.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and senior leaders.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Salary Range: RM 6000 – RM 8000
