Roles & Responsibilities

· To manage and oversee the entire process, including inbound, outbound, and storage activities for products at warehouse (TAHS).

· Providing leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocol.

· To receive incoming products and tally the quantity and batch vs DO.

· To manage all warehouse storage products and recording accordingly into system.

· To monitor picking task generated by warehouse admin for warehouse team to perform picking.

· To monitor the TAHS Warehouse operation inbound & Outbound team

· To arrange, plan & monitor daily inbound and outbound truck planning

· Ensure that the department comply with guidelines for safety, security, and cleanliness of the work area.

· Ensure the inventory-related SOP and operation SOP is in place for daily operation.

· Ensure the timely arrival of stock for production line supply.

· Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stocks levels, and implementing inventory control measure to minimize discrepancies and stocks count.

· Ensure that subordinates’ job function is met to the level of the required expectations and take necessary action if KPI not met.

· Implementing Operations Strategies assigned by management and perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

· Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to optimize warehouse operations, streamline workflows, and reduce cost.

· Staff appraisals are done objectively and fair.

· To report regularly to the immediate superior on the performance of the areas of responsibilities.

· Establish and maintain cordial working relationships with internal and external customers.

· To monitor and review work procedures and department performances regularly. Initiate changes as and when deem necessary or appropriate.

· Creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and coordinating activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.

· Ensure compliance to all standard operating procedures.

· Able to deal effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence.

· To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

· Generating reports on key performance metrics such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and productivity, and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations.

· To prepare daily report and send to customers/finance.

Authority/ Scope of Accountability

• Adoption of company SOP / Process Flow.
• You have the authority to supervise and direct warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and overseeing their work to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Within the scope of your responsibility, you may have the authority to make decisions related to inventory management, workflow optimization, staffing levels, and other operational matters.
• You may be authorized to allocate resources such as labor, equipment, and space within the warehouse to meet operational needs and priorities.
• Authorize to verify delivery orders.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
