Responsibilities
At Randstad, we are the world’s largest talent company and a global leader in the HR services industry. In Malaysia, we act as a "partner for talent," helping individuals find meaningful work and helping organizations build high-performing teams. We offer a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment where you will add value to the professional lives of others while accelerating your own career development.
The RoleWe are looking for ambitious and "hungry" individuals to join us as Recruitment Interns. This is not your typical "coffee-run" internship; it is a high-learning, dynamic opportunity designed to give you a front-row seat to the world of commercial recruitment and talent advisory.
Successful interns who demonstrate high-level performance and a strong culture fit will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time Recruitment Consultant role upon graduation.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source high-caliber professionals through diverse channels, including our internal database, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Map out talent pools within specific industries (e.g., Finance, Tech, or Manufacturing) to identify the best "passive" candidates in the market.
Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging industries to support our business development efforts.
Identify potential business leads and key stakeholders within client organizations.
Support senior consultants in preparing "blind profiles" and talent insights for client presentations.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
Help maintain the integrity of our global CRM system by ensuring candidate records and activities are up-to-date.
Participate in client meetings and job briefing sessions to understand the technical and cultural requirements of diverse roles.
