Job Scope

• Organize, control, and arrange operators assigned by Supervisors to carry out daily tasks.

• Train operators and evaluate their performance periodically.

• Check operators personal hygiene, attire, and compliance with workplace rules.

• Verify all production processes and parameters are followed and recorded in relevant checklists.

• Maintain dipping tanks, mechanisms, and latex supply in proper working order.

• Replace and clean sieves in dipping tanks according to schedule while preventing bubble formation.

• Change water and clean dipping tanks while maintaining proper flow rate adjustments.

• Inspect and record glove quality/defects hourly, investigate issues, and report critical defects to Supervisor.

• Monitor production processes, make necessary adjustments with approval, and record changes.

• Complete production reports, checklists, and forms accurately while maintaining good housekeeping and 5S practices.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Cert and Diploma

• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing
