The Role:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on aerospace components in accordance with approved technical manuals and standards
- Carry out component modifications and servicing tasks to ensure compliance with required specifications and safety standards
- Conduct inspections and basic upkeep of tools, test equipment, and workstations to maintain operational readiness
- Execute pneumatic and hydraulic testing to verify functionality and airworthiness of repaired components
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and company guidelines
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support general workshop activities and assist with other technical tasks as assigned by supervisors
What are we looking for?
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Prior experience in aerospace MRO or engine-related environments will be advantageous
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair processes, with exposure to MRO environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical manuals and procedures accurately
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop technical competencies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based workshop environment
- Comfortable working in a hands-on technical role with adherence to safety and quality standards
