Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The HR & Admin Executive will play a key role insupporting the human resources and administrative functions within theorganization. The role involves handling payroll processing, HR documentation,employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with statutoryrequirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments,such as Operations and Finance, to ensure smooth payroll processing, statutorysubmissions, and other HR-related tasks. The HR & Admin Executive will alsocontribute to process improvements, recruitment, and ISO audit preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end processing of monthlypayroll 
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Process CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS make-up pay claim,Government-Paid Leave claim, and government grant
  • Submit statutory report and survey to theauthorities such as MOM surveys, wage surveys, etc
  • Support Increment/Bonus Exercise
  • Draft and prepare HR related letters (i.e.Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, etc.)
  • Leave Administration
  • Work closely with Operations and Financedepartment on payroll and billing matters 
  • Assist in Foreign Worker Levy matters 
  • Administer work injury compensation (WICA)matters (MOM iReport and claim submission) 
  • Process foreign worker medical insurance, publicliability insurance and medical claims in a timely manner 
  • Maintain accuracy of HR database, timely update& processing of employee records in HR system 
  • Ensure all documentations are properly filed(i.e. P-Files, E-P Files)
  • Design, implement, and manage employeeengagement programs (i.e. employee communication platforms and activities,etc.) 
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals,cancellations, appeals, etc. 
  • Coordinate training and development need foremployees
  • Involve in ISO Audit Preparation and licenserenewals process 
  • Review work processes and standard of procedure(SOP) for HR Department
  • Review all work done by HR and Admin team
  • Assist in yearly performance appraisal exercise
  • Administer new project preparation 
  • Prepare relevant reports for Managementreview 
  • Any other duties assigned

JobRequirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR oradministrative roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions andprocesses.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems andpayroll software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws andregulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy indocumentation.
