Main Reponsibilities

• Develop return handling plans based on abnormal inventory or production requirements, and monitor return progress to ensure timely completion.
• Manage daily battery inventory to ensure consistency between system and physical stock (system vs physical), monitor inventory levels, and implement FIFO management.
• Work closely with Production, Quality (QA/QC), Process Engineering (PE), Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply, return handling, and material utilization processes.
• Analyze inventory turnover and slow-moving/obsolete inventory, and provide improvement recommendations to optimize inventory and processes.
• Optimize inventory management and return handling workflows to improve warehouse efficiency and material turnover rates.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills with basic analytical abilities.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing shipping planning/logistics-related work; battery industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Warehouse, and related departments.
• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or MES system operations, with proficiency in Excel data processing.
