JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To ensure customer requirements are being fulfilled and delivered to the expectation of the customer's needs and beyond.

2. To act as a communication bridge between customer and internal team when the customer is established.

3. To participate in the quotation process and follow-up to ascertain the outcome of each quotation for the assigned account.

4. To ensure product start-up, well coordinate across various departments.

5. To coordinate among all departments concerned to meet the customer requirements and delivery commitment.

6. To conduct regular meetings with internal team to review quality and delivery performance.

7. To ensure sufficient reports are being kept to monitor the progress of the customer's model.

8. To ensure regular communication with customers to enhance the working relationship and report customer feedback to the management for continuous improvement.

9. To assist in the development of existing and new accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

2. Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

3. Preferably minimum one-two (1-2) year and above working experiences in OEM/ODM Manufacturer, FMCG or Supply Chain environment

4. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

5. A team player with a humble, positive attitude, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to completing tasks within deadline with minimal supervision.

6. Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and take challenges.

7. Demonstrate strong proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
