To manage end-to-end insurance operations, including quotation preparation, customer
communication, policy issuance, endorsements, and post-purchase support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and issue insurance quotations based on customer requirements.
-Contact customers via WhatsApp, phone call, or email to explain quotations,
coverage, and premium details.
-Follow up with customers on quotations, required documents, and policy purchases.
-Process policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
-Prepare and verify insurance-related documentation and records.
-Provide post-purchase customer support and respond to policy-related enquiries.
-Liaise with insurers and partners on operational matters and customer requests.
-Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within service timelines.
-Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
-Undertake any other duties, projects, or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
