We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to lead digital engineering delivery for hyperscale data centre projects in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will define and implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows, while leading the development, coordination, and management of high-detail 3D models (LOD 300–400) across multidisciplinary teams.

You will play a critical role in ensuring model integrity, driving clash detection and resolution, managing Common Data Environments (CDE), and facilitating accurate data extraction to support project delivery.

This position requires a strong understanding of MEP systems within mission-critical environments, along with the ability to lead coordination efforts across consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant project execution.

Additionally your key responsibilities are ;

• Establish BIM standards and templates; monitor adherence across projects.
• Collaborate with BIM designers, architects, engineers, IT and clients to improve practices.
• Set processes for clash management, software updates and troubleshooting; lead coordination meetings.
• Provide training and mentorship in BIM best practices; manage common data environments (CDE).

• With a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture with MEP/Revit background, or a Diploma or its equivalent
• Significant years of experience in BIM management;
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Bluebeam and BIM 360
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, local BIM standards and data-centre delivery requirements.
• Experience integrating models into federated systems and governing data quality.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship and with various stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead a diverse team to achieve a common goal
