Responsibilities
We are supporting a growing ServiceNow delivery team working across large-scale enterprise projects in Singapore. Due to increased implementation demand, they are looking to engage an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience across CSM and App Engine, taking ownership of development activities across enterprise implementations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in structured project environments and contributing to high-impact digital transformation programmes.

️ Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on CSM and App Engine
• Configure and customise workflows, business rules, catalog items, automation logic, and applications within enterprise environments
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms
• Work alongside architects and functional consultants to deliver scalable solutions
• Contribute to technical design discussions and implementation planning
• Identify areas for performance improvement and platform optimisation
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members where required
Required Experience:
• 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience across Customer Service Management (CSM) and App Engine is essential
• Exposure to FSM or additional ServiceNow modules considered advantageous
• Strong scripting capability across JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and App Engine Studio
• Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
• Proven involvement in full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Experience working within enterprise or consulting-led delivery teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Certifications (Mandatory):
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• At least one CIS certification, ideally CSM or App Engine
Additional certifications such as CAD are considered advantageous.
