Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To learn and understand all operational task, scope and customer requirements and procedure.

2. Ensure all info in WX3 & customer system (SAP) is updated with correct info and transacted in appropriate manner.

3. Ensure appropriate schedule are made with respective appointed forwarders to meet customer delivery requirements.

4. To ensure proper coordination of shipment and instructions is comply by warehouse and forwarders.

5. Work closely with forwarders to ensure the Seawaybill / BL / Airwaybill is provided on timely manner.

6. Coordinate with warehouse to call-in container / truck for warehouse to perform loading.

7. Work closely with warehouse division and coordinate the arrangement for consolidation shipment.

8. To provide pre-shipment advise and shipping documents (Invoice and Packing List, BL / AWB) are provided to customers via email or sending by courier as refer by each country requirement.

9. To maintain good relationship with customer and enhance customer service with all others related parties

10. Filing of shipping documents of all shipment executed.

11. To perform all other tasks including administrative matters as assigned by the Officer or Manager or any other jobs related functions as and when required.
