• Perform setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of SMT machines.
• Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SMT or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to work in day or night shift as assigned (fixed shift)
• Willing to travel overseas for training (1 month)
