Your Mission:
Are you a detail-oriented dynamo with a flair for creativity? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning ideas into reality? If so, we want YOU to join our vibrant team as an Event/Media Coordinator! You'll work closely with our producers, clients and vendors to plan, organize, and execute spectacular events that dazzle and delight.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for events.
• Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and plans that set us apart.
• Coordinate logistics, including venues, catering, entertainment, and décor.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships with finesse.
• Ensure every detail is on point, from the first meeting to the final dance.
• Be the cheerful point of contact during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Capture all the exciting moments and keep the energy high!

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination (bonus points for a portfolio!).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
