• Assist in maintaining halal compliance according to relevant standards
• Prepare and organize halal certification documents
• Monitor ingredients, suppliers, and production processes for halal requirements
• Support internal halal audits and inspections
• Maintain halal records and documentation
• Assist in implementing halal assurance procedures
• Coordinate with certification bodies and regulatory authorities
• Conduct research on halal regulations and standards
• Help train staff on halal practices and requirements

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 or 6 months, according to course requirement
• Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, Saturday (Half-day)
• Allowance RM1000.00 per month
• No hostel/transport provided
• Diploma/Degree in Halal Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of halal standards and certification processes.
