Responsible for operating production processes, conducting laboratory testing, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Perform laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
• Record and maintain accurate production and laboratory data.
• Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities or quality issues.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and company standards.
• Collect, label and prepare samples for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and laboratory areas.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in equipment cleaning, calibration and basic maintenance.
• Support inventory control of laboratory chemicals, reagents and production materials.
• Work closely with supervisors and quality assurance personnel to resolve production or quality-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Science, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology or related fields.
• Relevant experience in production or laboratory environments is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control practices.
• Ability to perform accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime and weekends when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
