Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Executive in Johor - Ricebowl

Incavo Technology Sdn. Bhd. is an independent precision engineering company providing high-accuracy manufacturing services for semiconductor and advanced electronics customers. The factory is located at Taman Ekoperniagaan near to Kempas.

Job Desriptions:

1 Manage vendor sourcing and selection based on pricing, quality, delivery lead time, payment terms, and reliability.

2 Plan, generate, track and expediate purchase order to endure timely fulfillment.

3 Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in support of operational requirement.

4 Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, data and pricing in the system.

5 Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, supplier agreements, quotations, and correspondence.

6 Document & invoice matching and ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery order to Finance Department.

7 Manage product quality issues by coordinating with suppliers on defective goods, returns and claims.

8 Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure material availability.

9 Manage import procurement processes, including shipping and freight coordination.

10 Any other duties assigned by Management as and when deemed necessary.

Qualifications:

1 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Business administration or  related field.

2 Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

3 Fresh grades are welcome to apply.

4 Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

5 Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

6 Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
