Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to oversee and support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, on boarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
* Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely submission.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance monitoring.
* Prepare HR-related documents including offer letters, warning letters, memos, confirmation letters, and other correspondence.
* Support employee engagement, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
* Monitor staff documentation including work permits, typhoid certificates, food handling certificates, and related compliance requirements.
* Liaise with government authorities and agencies when necessary.
* Assist management in HR reporting and manpower planning.
* Improve and systemise HR processes, filing systems, and workflow efficiency.
* Ensure proper HR systems and procedures are implemented and maintained for smooth daily operations.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of working experience in Human Resources.
* Preferably from the F&B industry.
* Strong knowledge in recruitment and payroll administration.
* Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
* Experience in handling immigration and foreign worker matters will be an added advantage.
* Ability to work systematically and improve HR processes and systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
Employment Type - Full time
Salary - RM 3,500.00 - RM 4,500.00
