Responsibilities
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in office setting.
To check and submit staff claims and supplier invoices
To key in sales order once received Purchase Order from customers and update in the master list
Responsible on payment collection.
To carry out filing duties as required. Ensure all documents are well kept and documented.
Be aware of the company QHSE policy and comply with any instructions, measures and procedures in respect of the HSE instituted by the company at all times.
Maintain and uphold 6S-working environment. Keeping workplace and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
To follow instruction from the superior. Performs any other duties than may be assigned which are compatible with the employee’s contract service, expressed or implied.
Pay: RM1,753.33 - RM2,000.00 per month
