Job Description
Responsibilities
a) Supervise Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants to ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to hotel standards.
b) Conduct daily inspections of guestrooms, corridors, and public areas before releasing them to Front Office.
c) Assign and review daily room reports, duty rosters, and cleaning schedules.
d) Ensure sufficient supply of linen, amenities, and cleaning materials are available in all pantries.
e) Coordinate with Engineering for room defects, maintenance requests, and follow-ups.
f) Assist in managing laundry collection, distribution, and inventory control.
g) Ensure all guestrooms are clean, defect-free, and ready for guest arrivals on time.
h) Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, providing quick and effective service recovery.
i) Inspect VIP rooms and ensure welcome amenities, fruit baskets, and flowers are properly arranged.
j) Conduct daily briefing with Room and Public Area Attendants before each shift.
k) Organize on-the-job training sessions to enhance cleaning skills, safety awareness, and communication.
l) Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
m) Assist in planning and executing departmental cross-training and development programs.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
