Job Description
Responsibilities
We are hiring a Senior Associate Executive to support project coordination and administrative work for healthcare infrastructure projects.
Job Scope:
Update project trackers and dashboards
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
Organise project documents and maintain SharePoint filing
Coordinate meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes, follow-ups)
Track action items and support project follow-ups
Assist with procurement admin (requisitions, reimbursements, vendor payments)
Support SOPs, templates, and documentation management
Provide general admin and operational support
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Project Management, Built Environment or related field
2–5 years admin / project coordination experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint
Good organisation, communication, and attention to detail
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare/infrastructure experience is a plus
