About the Roles

Join a logistics, transportation, and supply chain company as a Warehouse Supervisor based in Tuas. This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday schedule, alternate Saturday half-day, and a salary package comprising basic salary plus variable bonus, offering a stable opportunity to lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a warehouse section to meet daily operational objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities to achieve service standards and operational targets.
• Plan manpower deployment effectively to support workflow and business needs.
• Guide, coach, and train junior staff and team members on warehouse operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide support or guidance where needed.
• Communicate with customers to address and resolve operational matters.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and follow through on corrective actions.
• Drive and support improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Identify operational gaps and prepare updates on performance and improvement areas.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
• Reinforce workplace safety practices and share relevant safety information with the team.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or team leading capacity.
• Able to coordinate daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with inventory handling and warehouse procedures.
• Familiar with workplace safety practices and operational procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
