Role Overview

You will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting solution delivery across projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities Requirements & Documentation

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze workflows, systems, and operational processes
• Create process maps, SOPs, and functional documentation
• Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements
• Support solution design and implementation discussions

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Support KPI tracking and business performance monitoring
• Assist in data validation and quality checks
• Provide insights to support decision-making

️ Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes
• Support automation and optimization initiatives
• Assist in testing and validating business solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Recommend process enhancements where applicable

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business, IT, and operations teams
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
• Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams
• Support project tracking and delivery follow-ups
• Ensure alignment between requirements and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
