The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily site operations and ensuring that construction or project activities are carried out safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to schedule. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage site teams effectively and ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards. The Site Manager will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards

Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, materials, and equipment usage to ensure efficient site operations

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications

Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and relevant authorities regarding project progress and site matters

Resolve site issues, delays, and technical problems in a timely and effective manner

Ensure proper documentation of site activities, progress reports, safety records, and project updates

Manage site resources and control project costs to ensure budget compliance

Conduct regular site meetings to review project status, address concerns, and improve operational efficiency

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work quality meets company and client expectations

Collaborate with project management and other departments to ensure successful project delivery

Ensure that all site activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
