Job Summary
You will engage SMEs and corporate clients to identify training needs, set qualified appointments, and build long-term relationships to support workforce upskilling through digital and professional development programmes.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to SMEs and corporate companies via calls, LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach to generate leads
- Engage HR, Directors, Business Owners, and decision-makers to understand their training and workforce development needs
- Identify company training requirements and recommend relevant upskilling solutions
- Set qualified appointments for corporate consultants and closers to advance sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and track sales pipeline progress consistently
- Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture relationships and move deals forward
- Build and manage long-term corporate relationships to support ongoing business growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior telesales or B2B sales experience to effectively engage business clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently speak with decision-makers
- Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets
- Positive attitude with a strong learning mindset to adapt and grow in the role
