Supply Chain Assistant

KEY ROLE OF SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven Supply Chain Assistant to support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain operations across multiple brands.
This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, suppliers, and 3PL partners to ensure accurate data tracking, smooth replenishment, and healthy inventory levels.
The ideal candidate is analytical, disciplined, hands-on, and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Demand Planning & Forecasting
Assist in preparing monthly rolling forecasts by SKU, considering order lead times and sales projections provided by Marketing
Support analysis of forecast vs. actual sales data and highlight variances
Compile sell-out data and assist in validating sales projections
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to collect supporting information (seasonality, promotions, festive demand, trends, etc.)
Support the preparation of reports for S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings
B. Inventory Management & Control
Monitor inventory levels across assigned brands and maintain accurate stock reports
Identify slow-moving, aging, or at-risk SKUs and escalate issues to the manager
Assist Marketing in tracking excess stock and follow up on action plans
Prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports
C. Procurement & Replenishment Planning
Assist in preparing purchase orders based on approved demand plans
Monitor supplier lead times and follow up on shipment schedules
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
Support tracking of inbound shipments and update internal systems accordingly
E. Inventory Optimization
Support initiatives to reduce dead stock and prevent inventory imbalances
Monitor stock levels to help prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations for key accounts
Assist in shipment coordination and stock allocation planning
F. Warehouse & Logistics Oversight
Work with 3PL partners to ensure accurate inventory records and reporting
Assist in maintaining stock accuracy and resolving discrepancies
Support improvements in warehouse processes and system updates (WMS where applicable)
Monitor logistics costs and report irregularities
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply)
Strong Excel skills and good analytical ability
Detail-oriented and organized
Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally
Responsible, proactive, and disciplined
