The Strategy & Growth Analytics team is where data meets decision-making at the highest level. As an analyst in this team, you will work directly with business leaders to uncover growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and design strategies that move the needle. This is not a back-office role, your insights will land in boardroom decks and shape real product, market, and commercial decisions. We are looking for analytical thinkers who are just as comfortable building a Python model as they are presenting recommendations to a C-suite audience.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and maintain growth dashboards tracking KPIs across revenue, retention, and acquisition.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and untapped opportunities.
• Build models for forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Support market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and new market entry research.
• Synthesise complex data into clear, executive-ready presentations and memos.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to align strategy with execution.
• Run A/B test analyses and translate experiment results into strategic recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends and flag emerging risks or growth signals proactively

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Basic experience in Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong command of SQL and at least one analytical language (Python or R).
• Sharp analytical mindset — you find patterns where others see noise.
• Excellent data storytelling — can translate numbers into narratives that drive action.
• Structured thinking; comfortable with frameworks like MECE, 3C, Porter's Five Forces.
• High attention to detail with zero tolerance for bad data.
• Proactive, intellectually curious, and thrives in ambiguity.
• Prior internship in consulting, analytics, finance, or tech is a strong plus.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
