I Purpose of Position Establishment

To break down information silos and achieve real-time production data collection and closed-loop process management, this role focuses on maintaining the Manufacturing Execution System. It optimizes production scheduling, quality control, and resource utilization, effectively enhancing operational efficiency, product qualification rates, and production transparency. This provides critical support for intelligent manufacturing transformation and refined management.

II Job Responsibilities

1. MES operation and maintenance: Including software/hardware configuration, system shutdown and restart, ensuring smooth production and business continuity.

2. Troubleshooting: Responding to, identify and resolve various issues arising from user errors and other issues during MES operation (e.g., ERP and EAP troubleshooting), with support from MES development and other engineers.

3. Conduct regular operations training to help business departments utilize the MES system and improve manufacturing capabilities.

4. Assist in system development, independently collecting requirements and needs (e.g., process modeling and optimization, feature enhancement, and expansion design.

5. Assist in equipment interface debugging and functional testing after software/hardware development.

Develop and update an operations and maintenance knowledge base, and manage corresponding documentations.

III Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Associate/Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a field related to manufacturing, such as computer science, electrical engineering , mechanical engineering, information technology etc.

Work Experience: At least three years of experience in MES implementation implementation(preferred) and/or operation in manufacturing industry. Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with CIM/MES system architecture and interaction between its components. Experience in development preferred.

Basic network and device configuration skills.

Team player with good communication skills.

Professional Qualities: Basic training in programming (e.g.,Java/C#/Python) and the ability to communicate fluently with programmers/developers.Language: Fluent in oral and written English.
