Full Time Site Supervisor - Project Coordinator - Assistant Project Manager Jobs, in Y Design Consultant & Contracting Limited Lantau Island - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Project-in-charge to monitor the programme of projects to avoid any delay

- Liaise with contractors/ consultants/ clients for design / detailing issues

- To communicate and liaise with site team, designers and clients to ensure all technical drawings are produced and filed up to the requirement

- To monitor site safety, progress, quality of works and workmanship

- Assist to prepare tender/ quotation submission

- Attend periodic project meetings

- Carry out site supervision during Sunday or Public Holiday, if necessary

Job Requirements
- Certificate in Building Studies, Surveying, Construction Project Management or related discipline

- Minimum 2 years experiences with interior design / site management work for commercial fitting out projects

- Good communication, organization and problem-solving skill

- Practical skills in AutoCAD on fitting-out and renovation projects is an advantage

- Self-motivated, independent and initiative

- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager

- Immediate available is highly preferable

- Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate is an advantage
