Job Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
Handle daily administrative and office support functions.
Manage company documentation, filing, and record keeping.
Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and internal memos.
Coordinate office supplies and general office maintenance.
2. Corporate Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain and update corporate records and company licenses.
Assist in preparation and submission of documents to relevant authorities.
Coordinate renewal of agreements, contracts, and company registrations.
Ensure proper documentation compliance and confidentiality.
3. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, customers, and authorities.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
Support management in follow-up and task coordination.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of administrative experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Good documentation and organizational skills.
