Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solution Sales Managers or Solution Sales Specialists! Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or just starting your career in IT sales, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

In this full-time role, you will engage with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored IT solutions that help them achieve their business goals. This position requires working in both Hong Kong and Macau, and serving clients across these regions. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required, as you will collaborate closely with clients and suppliers across Asia.

Job Responsibilities

· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory

· Engaging with potential clients to understand their challenges and requirements

· Developing and presenting customised solution proposals that address client needs

· Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals

· Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction

· Collaborating with the technical team and business partner to ensure seamless solution implementation

· Providing post-sales support and managing ongoing client relationships

· Contributing to the overall sales strategy and forecasting for the business

Job Qualification & Required Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field

· 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Mandarin / Cantonese

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

· Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the ICT industry is an advantage

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
