Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • * Coordinate and support daily sales activities and operations
  • * Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and sales documents
  • * Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders
  • * Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • * Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • * Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely order processing
  • * Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
  • * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Academic Qualification

  • * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required Skills

  • * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • * Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation

Experience Required

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
