Responsibilities
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Company Nature: Building, Civil & Structure, Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tender documents, cost estimates, bill of quantities and procurement.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and progress payments.
- Monitor project cost, budget and variation orders.
- Liase with clients, consultants and project teams.
- Prepare final accounts and project reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying and related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction industry.
- Strong understanding of contracts (e.g. PAM, CIDB, JKR)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good negotiation, communication & analytical skills.
- Immediate availability for hiring.
