Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Software Sales Professional based in Taman ASEAN. The professional will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and presenting tailored software solutions. Responsibilities include actively prospecting, creating customized sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and adaptability to meet evolving client needs.


Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in enterprise software sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to connect effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of enterprise software solutions and their application in business environments.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a strong sense of motivation and goal orientation.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on changing client requirements.
  • Relevant Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in software sales.
  • Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with CRM tools and prior experience in B2B sales is a plus.
