This is a comprehensive management position overseeing end-to-end C&B operations, payroll governance, and HR system enhancements. Leading an established operational team, you will ensure high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and provide data-driven insights to support corporate budgeting and business decisions.
Key responsibilities.
Lead full-cycle C&B programs including salary reviews, benefits administration, and incentive structures across various employee segments.
Oversee the internal payroll function to guarantee statutory compliance, accurate record-keeping, and robust internal audits.
Partner with technology teams to improve HR data quality, automate manual workflows, and build data models/dashboards for workforce tracking.
Deliver analytical insights on manpower costs, headcount trends, and resource utilization to facilitate corporate budget planning.
Manage, mentor, and build the capabilities of a multi-tiered HR operations team.
