Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and handling enquiries
Prepare beverages (e.g. kopi, teh) and simple food items such as toast and eggs in accordance with standard procedures
Operate POS system and handle cashless and cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory control
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Support team members to ensure smooth outlet operations, especially during peak periods
Requirements
Singaporean and PR only.
Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
Able to commit 6 workdays per week
Prior F&B experience is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
