Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Telephone Communication: Actively handle high-volume outbound calls to new/existing customers.

• Sales Generation: Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features, benefits, and promotions via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

• Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, handle complaints professionally, and provide high-quality service.

• Support & Admin: Assist with preparation of sales materials and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly/monthly store targets. 

Job Requirements (Who We Are Looking For)

• Exceptional Phone Skills: Clear, confident, and professional telephone communication skills.

• Experience: 1–2 years in retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of [Cantonese/English/Mandarin] (spoken and written).

• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and social media tools (Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp).

• Traits: Proactive, empathetic, and resilient with a positive, patient attitude.

• Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends or evenings.
