Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. You will be the operational glue that keeps our organisation moving managing schedules, coordinating across departments, and ensuring day-to-day administrative functions run without a hitch. This is a fantastic entry point for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is organised, proactive, and eager to grow.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and route communications appropriately.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support event planning, company functions, and office logistics.
  • Track procurement requests and assist with basic budget monitoring.
  • Liaise with different departments to support cross-team projects.

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Business Admin, Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
