Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable & receivable
  • Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and credit/debit notes
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing
  • Support audit activities and other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel & accounting software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Willing to work at Pulau Indah, Klang

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
